Who doesn’t like a good Sloppy Joe? And who doesn’t like a good Sloppy Joe that promises to be even better than what you’re used to? Well….I already have a Sloppy Joe recipe that I like, but maybe it could be better. Evolve or die, right? This one looked especially pretty in the cooking magazine I first saw it in. And everything is better with cheese, right? Nope. This was just a ever-so-slightly different version of the meat with some cheese. On a sub roll instead of brioche or hamburger. It needs my help, and I think I can get it there.
