Prep time / Cook time – too damn long!
My husband sends me links to all sorts of recipes he wants me to make. Mostly I ignore them, or put them in the back of my mind, soon to be forgotten or replaced by something else. I finally decided to make one and start adding them to the site. My hope is to keep track of what was good and what looked great but didn’t match in terms of taste.

Didn’t love this! The garlic did nothing for the overall taste and it took quite a while and many steps; it just wasn’t worth the effort. That’s no critique of Poppy’s skills, anyone that writes an entire cookbook dedicated to potatoes is a hero in my book. It was pretty and smelled good though!
